Thanksgiving Point on Tuesday...$2. Thanksgiving Point in Garden Hats with Lara...Priceless

The most recent sisterly activity consisted of the Thanksgiving Point Gardens and their brilliant idea of $2 Tuesday. This led to our brilliant idea of seeing what this is all about. One bright August morn, we ventured out at 10am-ish, previous to beginning the gardens, we hit the gift shop because, "we can do whatever we want" we found out, and we found THESE! And from this point on all organized sisterly activitys will be attended it our old lady outing hats, it is only fitting. They are old lady outing hats because we fully intend to wear them even when we are old ladies and still going on our outings!

Take a look at this home grown carouse, this had an element of ultra garden awesome.

Behind us were concrete tub after concrete tub that ascend up the stairs, we decided that next $2 Tuesday we are running in with our swimsuits geared up and we are getting a picture in those tubs; at least that is the master plan.

I love Lara, her spontaneity sends me into fits of laughter, she pulled this one out when I told her to pose for the picture. All the children thought she was very cool, I was trying not to wet my pants.

I love our hats and I love us! It was so fun to go to the gardens with Lara, we finished up the day with a bit of lunch at their cafe and one raspberry lemonade, a complimentary bread loaf, two salads and 111 pictures later we completed our day out on the town. It was positively delightful!

Welcome to the blog of brilliant little somethings. Brilliant somethings are something we all need in life and so I decided to post them. And so, whatever brilliant something I shall happen upon, and shall be worthy of a post, shall indeed be in need of recordance here upon this worthy and vast slate. So, To Brilliance!  

First brilliant something, is above. The creation of this beautiful earth and all its seasons. I am really loving the Utah autumn, especially in my drives up the canyon. It is a breath of fresh air to the lungs as well as the eyes and heart!
